does the matrix tr have a warranty is it does what kind.

Cen has a 60 day warranty on their cars. Of course the warranty doesn't apply to parts you broke by crashing into something. It's related to defects in manufacturing.

Could someone tell me the average response time by CEN? I've sent 2 eamils with no response. Its only been 2 days but when I deal with hobby services I ALWAY get a reply within 24 hours. Thanks

CEN's response time is very quick. However, their computer server is down and their website and email is not currently working.

If you have a question feel free to give the customer service dept. a call and they would be happy to assist you.

You should give them a call. That's what I did when I had to get some parts replaced with them. It look less than 2 weeks for me to get my parts exchanged and returned. It's pretty good customer service if you ask me. I did miss a couple of race events in the past weekends, but it was worth the wait to know that Cen backs up their products with their warranty.

I think warranties are crap, most companies help out customers in need years after the car was bought.
