Yeah, the problem is alot of people will say what they own is the best without any experience (owning) the others. Also its very subjective. What does one feel is a better quality in one vs. another......

Not me.. I Own a Storm SUT.. after 2 years they would be happy im a couple thousand miles away from California as Id' fire it through there window in a heart beat.. 8 weeks back order on a chassis last year, I had to buy a used one just to not miss last years racing season.

I won't sell it cause i don't want the headache of a person pestering me everytime it breaks down cause it will hands down everytime

I think i have the best truggy.I used a full i gallon bottle of byrons 30% fuel and i mounted it on a 2by 4 board which i have cut down to 21 inches in length.I have chose this part of the set up because losi uses a skinny and long chassis. The engine is set back a bit like a 1/10th scale but the battery pack is set up front to help counter the weight from the engine. The fuel tank is obviously in the middle and is very durable and when you roll over you almost always land back on your wheels because of the foot ball shaped car. There is no need for a body all you have to do is take a sharpy pen and draw in windows.I always use x ray diffs because that spring steel is real strong. The run time is awesome!!!In fact on a normal race day you dont have to fuel up all day and my truggy gets faster toward the end of the main.I will not share too many more of my speed secrets but if there are any more questions then you can ask me on this thread. See You Guys Behind Me!!!!!!

The best Truggy is the one that beat me last week at the track but next week it could all change.

I have a CRT so that makes it the best truggy there ever was/ is/ and ever will be. So please quite wasting your energy

this comment is so senile, all truggys are all good, some have better and stronger parts then other, but all are based off the same design, just modified off from each other. so saying that quote:

I have a CRT so that makes it the best truggy there ever was/ is/ and ever will be. So please quite wasting your energythat is a sure assessment that you haven't thought of other aspects of how they are different or even driven other truggies to know the difference.

just my 2 cents.

I was being sarcastic. In the beginning of this thread it was said that it will end up like something like this

Hellfire SS, then the LSP-R, because those are all I own and need. Once that changes, I'm allowed to change my opinion. And that's why none of this really amounts to what it's intended to. My opinion is just mine. If others agree with me, so be it. If they don't, oh well. I'll throw my best game on the track, and whoever beats me did so because they're a better driver and have a better understanding of their equipement. Plus, aside from your driving ability, there are other factors that play just as vital a roll, like servos, rx battery, engine and pipe, fuel, etc.

What gets me are the guys who go out and drop tons of cash on a truck and then feel obligated to act like an ad hoc "street team" for the manufacturer. HPI/HB didn't pay me to drive their products. I just like what they make. In the end, the "best truggy" stuff usually turns out to be waste of server space on the forum.

Well, at least it's halfway usefull. I got a chance to vent.

The MBX5T is the best truggy
The STS .28 is the best engine
Dadder's RC is the best engine modder
Hitech and JR servos are the best
Proline tires are the best
Proline foams are the best
JR radios are the best
Sportwerks pipes are the best

Get where I'm going? That's what I own, and even if I think it's the best, someone else is going to disagree with me
