Do any of you have any suggestions on how i can make my brakes work better?

how about glueing some carbon fiber to your brake pads

what type of car and what servo are you running and what brake setup do you have

either adjust them correctly and make sure your servo has enough power
for instance my throttle /brake servo pushes 115 oz at .06

its a tt st-1. But im running a crapy servo. Its something out of a traxis. Im sure a new servo would help alot. There are black marks all over the brake pads, is that normal?
