Default ST-1 diff and shock setups

What weight diff grease do you guys put in the front/center/rear diffs? also what weight of shock oil? I run on the monroe missionary baptist church track. for those of you who havent heard of it has pretty big jumps. (I would like to try to stay on the stiff side for shocks and thick for diff oils) thanks!

If I put 50wt losi oil in all four shocks will it go below dogbone heigh due to the thickness.
