Ooh. Sounds fun.

I know I was going crazy waiting to go buy my X1 CRT, and then I had to wait to buy all of the new stuff to make it run (I bought the Pro kit).

I've only gotten to run it for like a quart, though, on an old engine (New engine's too big for the mounts).

Oh, I love my Dx2.0.

It's amazing, and it fits nicely into my hand.

Once you get this you never drive your revo again... and you'll want to burn your old controller

just make sure your linkages are all good on your throttle setup on your new 8ight

Yea, running in the snow isn't something I'd recommend lol. Sounds great though man, let us know how you like it. Will you be doing any racing with the 8ight?

Unless you do a lot of mods to that Revo don't bother trying to race it. If you think it's worth it try moving some of the weight on your Revo to the front of the truck to allow for better in turn handling. Race the 8ight T, it'll make things much simpler and will save your wallet from all the breaking parts of the Revo.

i got my 8ight-t today and man oh man this thing is clean i love it. I cant wait to break it in. The only bad things is we got like 4 inches of snow to day so im gonna have to wait till it melts or find a parking lot that has been scraped off. I will how ever do the first to idle tanks in my grange. I cant wait to open this thing up and see what it can do i cant wait to race it this spring!!! ITs really got me excited to try racing!!!!

The losi is a great truggy...while the snow is falling I would highly recommend changing the differentials over to silicone fluid. This made a world of difference in the handling over the grease that losi packs them with--use 7000 wgt front, 10000wgt middle and 5000 rear. Also keep an eye on the engine mount capscrews...they WILL loosen up on you. Oh and another thing...I have to agree with slayerphonics-The revo will definately collect some dust. Snow does not fall in Florida. I couldn't even imagine waiting a season to play. That must SUCK.

ya i ran it a bit to day the road in front of my house was still pretty wet but man this truggy rips, i cant wait for the one gallon mark on this motor. i think im gonna let is sit till the snow is all gone and play with my savage cause i really dont want to have to worry about all me electrians going up in smoke. My revo is out for the count till i get my a arms from tower next week so not to much rcing till the snow is gone or i get my parts. Cause im gonna baby this truggy.

i plan on it. I changed the diff fulid out yesterday and holy smokes did it help i finally got to open her up and how man i cant wait till all this dang snow is off the ground. Im gonna go to the lumber store today and get some wood to build a jump or two so when i got to the park i can set up a track and see how well this truggy can fly!!!! I will post some pics in the next couple of day of my truck and ramp and will get some action shots after the snow is gone.
