Default Air filter question

I bought a used CRT Truggy off of e-bay and on the air filter is a wrap like a ace bandage on it. ,can some one tell me were to get these . I took the wrap of and it acted like it had velcro on it but it does'nt, I don't know how they made it sticky to it self when wrapped around the air filter.

You could just get a prefilter, like this one:

I think its called Vet Wrap, and can be found in feed stores or like a Tractor Supply store. it actually is an ace bandage and when running in dusty conditions it works great. I ahave been meaning to get out and get some but everyone at my local tracks use the stuff.

They're great. They keep your filter cleaner longer, and they are CHEAP! =-]
