Default 8ight brake setup

I someone told me about doing this to my brakes figured I would give a shot, here is what I ended up with

Put springs between the brake pads

Lets your run your pads alot closer to the disc, and when you let off the brakes theres no left over brake drag,

I haven't run it yet but thats what i'm told.. it can't hurt

Trinity makes the springs and Losipartshouse sells them and I did it as well. Truck coasts a lot better it seems and it's almost like I'm still giving it gas when it runs. You have to learn how to drive with it, it made that big of a difference without any drag. Why isn't this i the 8ight section? =/

I donno, I posted as a new topic so it wouldn't get over looked so easy in the 8ight truggy thread,

You can do this with out buying any parts from anyone, just find 2 clicky pens and something that can cut the springs,

Can't wait to try it, gonna be a 3 day race event end of this month getting my truck ready for it
