Has anyone dealt with Amain''s return/exchange process? if so how did it turn out?

I’ve returned a couple of items with A-main and the process is seamless. I called customer service, received the RMA number then packaged up the items and mailed them back. A couple days later my account was credited with the amount of the items. I’ve never had any problems with A-main.

+1 A Main rules. Catch them during buisness hours and live chat is great. I ordered a part and got the wrong item, shipped it back next day air and had the return item in 2 days plus a store credit for my cost to over night it back to them. Customer support is top notch.

the live chat is the bomb! Amain is the bomb! I never had to send anything back but im sure if I do it will be like a hot knife through butter.
