BCE CHASSIS ON ITS WAY YEEEEAAAAHHHH
My chassis left a facility not far from my house yesterday, so it should be here when I get home. I'll be buying the small spur conversion parts either with my next paycheck, or right now.
I can't wait to get it in.
By the way, it's for an X1 CRT. Lol.

Hey bannedman, Just to give you a heads up, you may also need
to get the Mugen flywheel and flywheel nut. Quite a few of us that
have the BCE PJX chassis ended up with the Mugen flywheel set-up
in order to get the clutch bell gear back far enough to center with the
spur gear. I used the KingsHead (Mugen) motor mount on the first PJX
biuld and an Extreme (Mugen) motor mount on my second PJX. Primojammin
used the Mugen one piece and Jamminsavage used the Mugen two piece.
We all ended up useing the Mugen flywheel and nut.Good luck.

I don't know if the vented flywheel will work. If you lay it down next to
the the old fly wheel, the flange that the clutch shoe pins come out of
should be about half the height of the old one or less. Also let me know
if you have any trouble getting the engine aligned for the proper gear
mesh between the cb and spur gears. It seems that some motors use
up all the adjustment slots in the chassis and need just a little more room.
I can help you with that problem too.

Take your time doing the biuld. It will reward you in the long run.
You are going to have one big arsed smile on your face when you
take the first turn with your PJX. Man, the truggie is going to drive
like it's on rails!!! You won't beleave that your old CRT could turn
like that. HA! HA! HA!.........PULL THA TRIGGA...................

RE: BCE CHASSIS ON ITS WAY YEEEEAAAAHHHH
I'm using the M2C 4 shoe setup and it puts the spur dead in the middle of the bell.
I didn't have any problems with the stock Jammin flywheel, either. In the middle of the bell.
It's all in the shimming.
Good luck.
I promise you will love the results.

RE: BCE CHASSIS ON ITS WAY YEEEEAAAAHHHH
I've just begun mounting everything on it, I'll buy the parts this Monday and should have it done by the end of next week.
