Truggy ENGINE HELP!
I need a new engine for my Truggy or maybe not. I can not seem to find parts for myOfna Picco 26 Outlaw. Ineed a piston, conrod and sleeve. anyone know where to find these. If not i will be in the market for a new Engine. Im thinking about another Picco, if so which PIcco would be a good race/bash engine for my 8ight-t truggy?

RE: Truggy ENGINE HELP!
I think it is cheaper to just get a new engine. Im running the axial 28 and you the price is so low right now just get the bump start back plate and your ready to go.

I dont know much but with a 21 youll get better run times and I would assume if its a powerful buggy engine it should have enough punch for a truggy

RE: Truggy ENGINE HELP!
what about this
http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ducts_id/14431
I have to say I just really like axial engines and I have the cheaper version and I think with with a good pipe it would be a beast. The thing that scares me about nova rossi is the it meant for a buggy. It is meant for a lighter vehicle

The Nova would be good for truggy as it has alot of low end, so if your running on a small track, it is morethan enough.

X2..,..Nova over Axial ANYDAYof the week......Axial is a sport RTRentry level motor and nothing more.

"if ur not a paid racer what diff does it make." what a very good point. I do like to hear what people have to say tho. Iwant to make informed buying decisions, not just get something ill regret later. Thanks for all the info so far guys. I still like the Nova engine, but just wonder how it will push around my truggy on teh track

RE: Truggy ENGINE HELP!
What about the Novarossi N21BF does anyone know much about this engine? Its only $149. I thought that was a great price for a Novarossi based engine, but i worry about it pushing my Truggy around. I would buy it in a heart beat if i know a little more about what it can do. The Mach and LRP are looking good right now too. GRRRR i can not decide!!! I just want a good all around engine that will hold its own in a club race. .21 .26 .28 LRP, AXIAL, NOVAROSSI, OS, MACH, OMG!!! Wish there was an easier way to decide. Keep the answers coming guys please! I like making informed decisions.
