I can't say for sure, but hae been told it is a new HB Lightening Truggy.. Esentially it looks like HPI has mde Hot Bodies the kit company and made HPI the Traxxas competitor / RTR company. That is my $.02 on it anyway.. If you want olde technology or need a cheap RTR truggy then the Trophy might be for you, but if you are looking for something that will compete with everything else out there then pick up the HB D8T.....
