i personally like to break in a motor on the fuel i am going to run .. keep a eye on your temps and don't let them get out of the tune range you are looking to hold the motor into. the biggest mistake people make on the tune of their engine is to run it lean on top and fat on the bottom .. this creates a false 4 stroke idle that causes it to go lean after the extra fuel in the cases burn off ... 99% of the motors i have tuned for guys have been this way .... you should be able do fire it up and drop it on the track and let it idle for a tank, top it off and go with minimal bog and clear out in a few feet.
