personally I can see the lawyers rubbing their hands with glee at the potential lawsuits stemming from that.

real guns in R/C models? Are you for real?

great way to kill the hobby as well as some innocent in the way.[:-]

Don't blame me Great Planes came up with the idea of installing real machine guns in RC models.

Dave, that guy, Beachy, he has done what we all dream about. As far as I can see, he was even flying the plane while looking at the video image from the cockpit.

And landed it that way too?? And did you notice; I think it was speed we saw on that instrument. And in a warbird on top of it all! Fantastic!

It indicated 75 km/h just before touch down....a bit high? I wonder what a 1/4 or 1/5 warbird normally has just before touch down....20-30 km/h ?

Yeah 75kph seems high but stall speed on a 1/4 warbird can be 51kph though so you'd want to keep your speed up.
