Default F4F Wildcat ????

I'm lookin for the company that from Germany that makes or used to make a all composite (simular to CompArf) F4F wildcat.

This would make a awsome model if still available.
Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

Hey Scott,

I have just such an airplane from Germany. Mfg'd by Fischer Models "Gunter Fischer". It is available in this country from Vogelsang Aeroscale. It is an awesome aircraft and a dream to fly. Although the gear look narrow don't let it fool you, it has fantastic ground handling characteristics. I plan to have it at Owatonna, MN and Fond du Lac next month. Mine flys with a Moki 250 and man does she go.

Here's a picture of mine and video plus the website to Vogelsang. They are the guys to buy both the kit and Moki from. Goetz (owner of Vogelsang) is an awesome guy to deal with.

Wow Scott. Love the sound of that airplane!! I got a set of Bob Karlson's plans about 10 years ago. Unrolled them, looked at them, rolled 'em back up and haven't taken them out since......

Jerry Bates offers a 1/5 Wildcat. Century Jet and Robart make the gear. Hopefully Sierra Precision will make 1/5 gear also. The Wildcat is a great flying plane and Scott's has a wide flight envelope.

And so it begins, Devildog... your triumphant return to building and flying warbirds!

I hope you go this route. That Fischer Wildcat would be one hell of a model!

See you soon,

Noah
