3-piece wing conversion
outer wing
Some 1/64" thick ply CA'ed to back of top sheeting of wing to cover the gap to the flap.
About 3/8" gap between TE of wing and LE of flap needed to insure free movement of flaps.
Gear:
Besides the G-10 being tapped for the bolts, blind nuts were also epoxied to the bottom of the mounts.
Ailerons:
Robart ball link control horns screwed into the aileron and assembly tested via the transmitter.

3-piece wing conversion
Flaps and servo assembly adjusted so all flaps working in unison and servo arm pointing straight back when flaps are down to minimize stress on the servos.
Mounting blocks for bolting the back of the wing to fuse epoxied to center wing.
Soft balsa epoxied to front of wing for front wing bolts.
Laminated G-10/1/8" thick aircraft ply gear mount epoxied to center wing ribs.
Blind nuts epoxied to other gear mount.
