H9 60 size Corsair, any still around?
Well, just a guess, but I don't believe the H9 Corsair is still available, also, I'll bet there's not many flying at the moment?
Correct?
Incorrect?

RE: H9 60 size Corsair, any still around?
Eulogy of the H9 Corsair 60
Man, how time flies. I have one of these (bought in 2006 I think) with a Supertigre 90 and really like it. Fast and furious. When I fly this plane I often hear people in the backround commenting on how awesome Corsairs look during flight, and that my Corsair flies so good. She is the Corsair ambassador!
So many people complained about the retracts, but I have flown mine on and off for at least 5 years and only had a ball link pop off one time on a hard landing. Mine is also 11 lbs, and a true testament that the stock gear can work! Not perfect by any means, however. You have to land soft! It isn't hard though, as it flies like a dream and can land softer than a butterfly with sore feet with a small headwind.
It was a great plane for $250... try to get a Corsair this size for $250 today- not happening. It probably could have kept selling well if they would have changed the color scheme and more importantly released better quality aftermarket rotating retracts. Eflite, are you listening? What is the big fear in 100 degree, .60 size rotating retracts?!? That would have made many people happy.
Got a H9 Corsair? Fly it like you stole it untill it dies!
Then buy a Top Flite-

Mine is about 5.5 years old. Has Century Jet air retracts and a bomb drop. OS .91AX and slimline Q series muffler. I have flown enjoyed this plane alot and made many repairs. It will soon be testing the first set of electric rotating retracts from Century Jet. Sure wish H9 had kept this very popular plane. Seems odd to trade this plane out for a smaller one but maybe that is the direction...to make one for the electric crowd and let the fuel crowd move on to larger versions.

I had two, just sold one. The one I sold was about 4 years old, original retract mechanisms, and still very air-worthy
The one I still have is now 7 years old, been flown every year (including this year already), Lado retracts were installed about 2 years ago to replace the stock ones. I intend to fly it again on Memorial Day, at our club's Memorial Day Warbird Show.
If you want to know more about the airshow (near Kalamazoo, MI), here is FaceBook "Event" on it:

Altho the aircraft themselves appear to be no longer available (for sale as new/ retrail), spare parts abound (including wings, fuselages, etc) on eBay. However, mine still has all original components (except retracts as noted, AND items I replaced when I first built it).
Here's a pic of mine, taken in July, 2009. And yes: it really is a Hangar 9 '60 size' Corsair (but with a Top Flite cowl, canopy, and a 'few' modifications), it weighs 8 1/2 lbs;

Still Flying mine... 5 years old and still one of my favorites. I have CJ retracts, TF cowl, canopy, and cockpit kit waiting for its first overhaul.

Bought mine used for $250 with a Saito 100 in it. Flies great. Bought a replacement set of stock retracts. Work OK but a ball link usually comes off on every landing. Need to get some of the links with release spring. I think Sullivan makes them. Was told these will not come off. Original plan was to fly it for a year or two then put that great running Saito on another ship. Plan is to solve the retract issue and keep flying her.
