We had some scale contests for awhile in Houston many years ago. The nearest now is in Dallas. Scale fly ins are popular, I wish we still had some form of scale competition locally, but such is life.

I can bring a couple of us guys in the Fort Worth Area
and
the scale contest is in Hurst closer to Fort Worth not Dallas

hardly anyone comes to the Texas championships from Dallas-not too sure Scale is very big in dallas
BUT
Fort Worth area scale it is VERY STRONG
