Any suggestions on cutting a carbon fiber spinner for a three blade prop ?
I found a video that suggest a sanding drum and I was wondering if that's the best option .

Make your two major cuts with a wiz wheel(cut off wheel) and then use the sanding drum. If possible, use a new wiz wheel so you get a nice clean cut.

I use a small sanding drum and make a card stock template from the prop.

Thanks , as far as measuring I am going to use a contour gauge and make a card stock template , so for cutting it looks like cut off wheel and or sanding drum

And, please use a mask to keep from breathing the carbon fiber dust. Sincerely, Richard

Thanks sincerely , I will be using a mask , outdoors and a fan to push the fiber away from me
