Scale panel lines

Hi guys! How do i put scale panel lines on a giant scale warbird wing? I dont want to use tape or markers! Any help would be great! stash

I take it to mean he dosn't want to use tape itself as the panel line. The prefered method Bob refers to is to use thin (1/64) tape to indicate the panel line then apply a couple of coats of primer, then sand down(lightly) to the tape.then remove the tape leaving a small groove or depression where the tape was. Then apply your color coat over the primer.
