Default Hangar 9 Corsair .50

I need some help i am building this plane and have decided to put a glow engine i have a O.S. max .46 FX and a O.S. max .61 FX. Any opinions on either of these engines for this plane. Also i have to go with fixed landing gear for the time being is there any way to add shock absorbing struts?

I'd go with the .61 and use a 3-blade prop. Mine is powered by an electric about that power and the Master Airscrew 12x8(3) gives excellent thrust at any throttle. That's what you get with 3-blades, almost 1.5X the thrust.

Fixed landing gear is usually based on piano wire struts. Cut them back about an inch long and Robart struts mount on them perfectly.
