Default Hobby Lobby b-17 909 Landing Gear Issues

Wondering if anyone else with the 909 has experienced sticking landing gear. It seems the lead screws in the actuation box over-revs the limiter and it sticks from then on. The gear is unreliable because of it. The linear push of the lead screw is connected to a thin-guage wire that seems to be meant to compensate for the mis-alignment of the folding arms that bring the gear up/down. Any fixes out there?
