FCS,
I see this website deleted all my 'earlier' pictures of this thread; a lot of incompetent software people.
Here's a repeat of some of the pictures.
You'll have to look back at the earlier posts and merge it with these pictures.
You have to build the wing around the new gear.

Gear and wing pictures (cont)
I used G-10 sandwiched to aircraft ply to insure it was strong.
Hopefully, these pictures are worth a 'thousand words'!
Part 2

Thank you Sam for your quick response.
i have some more questions regarding the LG mounting.

you use a plate in plywood and you screw the system.
which size of the plywood?
why do you add a plexy?
which angles do you use to position correctly this plate?
do you have some more pictures?

thank you for your help
i do appreciate
cheers

I think 1/8" ply with the 1/8" G-10.

why do you add a plexy?
This plane is heavy and can have a lot of 'force' (side and vertical) applied so I don't want them 'ripping out'.

which angles do you use to position correctly this plate?
The wing is supported with the gear down so the proper angle can be obtained and glued while in that position.

do you have some more pictures?
I think that was the bulk of the pictures.
Since these gear are completely different from Robarts one has to use their past modeling experience to install them.
There is no 'one solution' as I'm sure others have approached this problem in 'different ways'.
