Yes, I recently ordered a set of 150 HD8’s. They have about a 4 week lead time and will share that with you if you inquire via email.
Based on the lead time, I received mine in time and was not charged until they shipped.

The retracts, no..I had ordered a set of 5 inch scale P51 wheels/tires....They couldn't get material to mold tires...Ended up cancelling the order and buying a set from Sierra, which had them in stock, and ready.
