Anyone taken a good P-51D ARF and added their own custom decals, trim, paint, hardware, etc? If so, lets see some pics and how you did it! Also, where is a good source for warbird decals that last, or the best way you protect them from fuel? I have a ModelTech Mustang I am currently throwing together and want some good ideas. One thing I want to do is make some custom wheel well covers since the kit doesn't supply any.......any thoughts?

Kurt,
I saw this on, I think Evo's site, lay down some waxed paper over retracted gear then some glass cloth and resin, let cure , cut desired leg cover shape paint and attach.
