Where to Order Robostruts?
Looking for a place that sells a wide selection of Robart items. Mainly interested in the smaller Robostruts. Most places (Tower, Quantum, Bruckner, Chief...) have only a few items, not the ones I need. Can anyone help? Thanks, JD.

RE: Where to Order Robostruts?
JD , I know you did not ask for this but becareful with the Robo strut . You will need a low RPM Drill press with carbide bits to drill the set screws in the Strut . Yes i know its hard to believe that after you spend a minimum on a set of struts ($70) you will then have to drill the holes to hold them on the gear leg . This is when I switched to CJ and went with real struts that work from day one .
Good luck , if you dont have the above equipment , try home depo , they may do it for you

RE: Where to Order Robostruts?
Jeff dont know what we did wrong but any good drill bits with lube did not work ! I am not an expert on the materials used , all I know is that I took it to home depo where a buddy works and witched him burn out the bit at low rpms with lube . he then went to the carbide bit to get it to work . If you email Robart they will tell you to do this with a carbide bit on a slow RPM drill press (if and when they answer )

RE: Where to Order Robostruts?
The order is in. $115.75 for a couple of their smaller Robostruts and a pair of 3 1/4" scale wheels. Well at least I can say all that cash went to a US company for a change.
I'll keep that in mind about the carbide tip, LDM. Thanks.
