I'm scratchbuilding a me 109E from a 3view, and even though I am still far from finishing it I'd like to get some documentation on color schemes; in particular I saw on this forum a picture of a brian taylor 109 in 1/JG52 markings.
I searched on the internet about the 1/JG52 but I couldn't find anything. Does anybody have this color scheme?
thank you
david
the picture is from this forum's SLUG's model (hope you don't mind me borrowing it) by the way ... great me109!!!

Go to "History of the Wing", there are a number of interesting things there including profiles and insignia.
Also, a few colour profiles can be found here;

Just search on JG 52 or jagdgeschwader 52 leaving out the specific "1", and alot will come up for you.

RE: 1/JG52
thank you P-51B!!!
I think I found it.. if others are interested here's a pic, I believe colors are RLM02/71 for the top and RLM 65 for the bottom, but I can't tell for the sides spots. Slug's ME looks like it doesn't have "spots" on the side, but just some (impressive!) weathering .
