Default Identify kit?

Trying to identify a kit I was given today-I am sorry I know a picture is worth a million words right now but my digital flew off by itself and I cannot find it-but it is a P39 Aircobra-the fuse is a fiberglass hull about 5 feet long and 14 inches at the widest point between the upper root of the wing and top on canopy-the wings are partial done -balsa sheet over foam-wingspan is about 88 inches-I have several pages of plan but none have identification on them other than( p39 aircobra). Large airplane and alot the work has been done-but really trying to identify-so I know what kit it is. The craft appears to be several years old but in really fine shape and it is my first glass airplane-any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated-thanks

It's possibly an old Consolidated kit.

Check RCSCALEBUILDER.com. There is a section on American Eagle aircraft, a portion of which deals with construction of the AE P-39. One of the contributors is also putting together a Consolidated P-39, and the specs are about the same. I have a COnsolidated kit waiting int he wings.

Used to be a company from Austin, Daves custom models, that had an 85" 1/5 scale glass & foam P-39. Maybe what you have.
