Udi, I would use the Saito. Unless you got some aversion to Nitro in your country. I know in some countries, nitro is prohibitively expensive. Not sure whether that is the case there. G-62 is way too big fo this plane, it should only weigh about 18#...

If Haywood is on target with the 18 lbs. then the Moki 210 is what you want. The Moki uses no nitro fuel and should pull the 18 lbs stright up. The Moki 180 would be a good second choice. I agree with Haywood that the G62 is too much weight.

On the downside, if you use a Saito or a Moki, then you will need to add at least 2 lbs of lead to the nose. I'm thinking about using either a Brison 3.2 or a FPE 3.2 in my future one.

With a light engine such as the Saito 180, OS 160, etc, you're gonna need a bunch of nose weight to balance this plane.

Maybe upwards of 2.5 POUNDS! REALLY!!!

I used a Zenoah G-38 for the power and now my nose weight generates thrust.

Lead won't do that too well.

My WM Zero is on the cover of the August 2004 issue of R/C REPORT, and the complete Product Review is inside.

Is the Saito really that much lighter than the Mokis?? Two strokes just seem way wrong for a warbird, unless their gasoline of course....

I had (don't ask) this model with an os 160 in the nose. The engine pulled the plane around fantastically BUT I needed over 2 pounds of nose weight. If you need to go glow go with the heaviest engine you have. The Moki 2.1 will still need a bunch of nose weight and you may need to modify the engine mount to get it to fit. Best combo G-38
