I used to have a smaller version of a 109, but when I bought it the mfgr. did not state what variant it was. Since it crashed, I've wanted to build another one (except larger) but I don't seem to find any models like it (or at least they don't look like it, the only thing I have left is the rudder, a right stab, and an empty, mangled, ripped up shell which used to be an airplane (does any one find this same thing in their basement
). The tail/rudder (which may be the most recognizable) is similar to a 109-E, but is more slanted on the outer/rear edge. Ask if you need more info.

First off thanks for the pics!!
.
Messerschmitt,
I don't know if it (probably not) was scale but it wasn't an r/c model. It was rubber powered - my first plane I ever built, man did that thing fly thru some he|| (I want to build another one because that one was rubber powered). I feel I didn't get my use out of it before someone (other than me) put an end to it's short life

].
Steve,
the wingtips were round, but met the leading and trailing edges at corners, looked kinda' like this: _ . The spinner was flat ended and wasn't flush with the fuz. The intake was like a
(_
horizontal V shape (exactly like that) and square, located on the left side.
Todd,
The plane I had didn't have those bubbles near the cockpit (out of curiosity what variant is that - she's a beauty!!).
To all,
In the plans the radiator did not appear saparated from the fuz, is that normal of other 109's and the horizontal stab had struts under it.
Thanks again for the pics and the help.

My Feedback: (28)
Was it a guillows? I built a couple of rubber powered guillows models when I was a kid. They only make the "Emil" version.

Messerschmitt,
No, the plane I had was made by Easy Built Models. But I did order one off Guillow along with some other stuff (about 2 months ago[:@]).
Todd,
I'd like to see your bird when she gets painted.
Steve,
Sweet plane
- who makes it?
