another TF P-47 question
I like the way the Robart hinges install, they are definitely sturdier than the piece of paper that TF gives you to use. I plan on using the Robarts in the ailerons, but would they be overkill in the tail? Of course knowing that these planes build tail heavy already do I need to upgrade my hinges?

RE: another TF P-47 question
The CA hinges that TF gives you in the kit are very adequate. I have never had any fail in any of the TF kits I have built. They have stayed intact even in some bad crashes.
But on the other hand if you prefer the hinge points or any other robart hinge in the tail, by all means use them. Use the same amount of hinges as the ca type that they show on the plans. At least three per side. Wieght gain will be minimal.
