RE: What does you TF P51 60 weigh?
I have a tf 60 sized b version. Flies great!
approx. 11.5 lbs dry.
supertiger 75 inverted with onboard glow and in cowl muffler
cjm retracts (modified by shindin machine)
glassed and painted with Nelson's system 3 paint
video of it flying can be seen on my website. Click on the picture of the mustang to see it fly.

Hope this helps,
Craig

Richard: glassed...? Sounds heavy. Must be a better flier with monocote? Very nice craft.
psk560: got that vid now, very thrilling! But glassed... sounds heavy. hmm...
If you got more pics please post them!

RE: What does you TF P51 60 weigh?
indeed, they look much better painted/glassed, but ive made up my mind and im going to cover mine. i doubt that a glassed bird wieght equal (or even close..) as a coverd one! bytheway, P40 or P51 when it comes to flying?
if you have the time i would apricate if you could tell me some about the p51. if thereĀ“s something i should know befor trying to pull her up in the skies... never flown a warbird befor ...
best regards
