Default p47d thunderbolt

What are people's opinion's on fiberglassing Top-Flight's p47d thunderbolt. The one I bought was the smaller of the two. I was think about doing so, but it is also only the secound plane I will have built.

Default RE: p47d thunderbolt

Glassing is the way to go! Read up on the methods of glassing. Each of us has a preferred way of doing it. Plan on using an engine in the upper range to offset the added weight, but I think the final prodcut is well worth it.
