Default Testors/Modelmaster Enamel fuelproof?

Is Testors/Modelmaster Enamel fuelproof? If not, what would you recommend to fuelproof it? LustreKote Clear Spray?

Model Masters enamel is not fuel proof. You can use LustreKote clear over it.

When you use the clear Lustercoat make sure you spray it on in light coats. If you spray it on too heavily it will take off the paint. I've been there already.

Yeah, just warm the can up in hot water for a couple of minutes, then mist on the first coat and don't worry about coverage. Wait five minutes and apply a slightly heavier, wetter coat.

I used satin polyurethene from Home Depot and it worked just fine. I believe the brand was Minwax. The can had a fan nozzle, and that made a huge difference. I only put on two light coats and it's still holding up fine. I hate Lustercoat.
