Default Which airbrush to get?

Can anybody recommend an airbrush? This will be my first one and was looking for something middle of the road. Also one that can be used with a typical home air compressor.

Personally I feel that Iwata makes the best airbrushes out there, although they tend to be a little more expensive. Their mainstream lines are fairly expensive, although they do make a line called "Eclipse" which is reasonably priced, and performs extremely well. If that is still too much money for you, then go with either a paasche or badger. They will work fine as well.

An easy to use and easy to clean up double action airbrush is the Aztek made by Testors.

I use the Baddger 150. It has 3 different nozzles and I paint everything with it. alot of 1/4 scale stuff or bigger...I use a touch up gun to paint large base colors and the baddger for everything else...I use alot of Latex paints....

I just went through investigating of which air brush is best for modeling and came up the Badger 200NH. It's a single action medium tip which can spray just about everything and runs about $45 which is not to bad. I've shot some latex with it and am very pleased with the results. Check out http://www.badger-airbrush.com/airbrush.htm . It has a lot of useful information on airbrushes in general.
