I did that exact set-up with scale cockpit, dummy radial engine. CJ retracts os120 pump, remote glow slaved to throttle servo. Glassed airbrushed, rivits, panel lines. 13.5 lbs dry

I have one that is glassed with rivet, panel lines, bomb and drop tank, cockpit, dummy engine, retracts, flaps, powered with OS .91 Surpass and weighs 10 1/2 lbs. Flys great for scale but not a rocket vertical. I had to add several oz. of weight to the nose for a good balance. This is my favorite airplane and flies like a dream! Try to keep the tail as light as possible and your have a great flier. I have built 2 of these planes, if you have any questions, let me know, I might be able to help you.
