Not probably, it is DEFINITELY a Kawasaki KI-100. This is the radial engine version. The same airframe equiped with an in-line engine was known by the codename "Tony".

can u give some information about it? like what kind of weapons it carried and how usefull it was?

Ki-100...plans can be found at IMP for a 60 size. You can blow it up if you want larger.
