Yes it is , I have been running the electronic version and it turns a 26*10 prop on a fairly restrictive muffler, at 6200 rpm and this is after 15 minutes of break in only.

Like many things the warbird builders do, you will have to get your own wrap around muffler. But we do have a small cannister muffler in the works that would fit partly in the cowling and in fuselage for such application.

I'm told by the factory, with proper breakin, it will turn with the same setup, 6600rpm
