Default Spitfire Squadren Marking

Hello to All
I am putting together a Spit ARF and coming down the home stretch. Just wanted to know how the markings go on the side of the fuse, I have the letters AWZ. What I wanted to know is where does the roundel go I have seen so many different ways I dont know which way to go. Even different from one side to another.
Thanks Steve

Normally the first two letters starting right below or behind the canopy . Then the roundel followed by the last letter.
Reversed on the starboard side. (One letter then roundel, and the two letters.) But I've seen all kinds of differant markings .

Thanks for the replys
This is a starter Spit for me its a WM knockoff 60 size with a bubble canopy which I believe is a later version.
I have a surpassII 91 on it. The quaility of the plane is good considering its a no-name. Hope to learn from this one and move on to a more scale spit in the future.
Thanks

Steve
