Default Balancing cg?

I have an F6f hellcat, do I balance the cg with gear up or down or both?

You are going to want to balance it with the wheels up as they go behind the balance point in the retracted position. Good Luck, Dave

ORIGINAL: Dave trimmer

do I balance the cg with gear up or down or both?
If you balance the plane with the gear down, when you bring the gear up, you will have a tail heavy plane = BAD.
