Let's see 'em guys and put those P-51's to shame!! LOL. Just kidding.
Happy Flying

Here is mine from Spain. Jamara RTF 60" span F4U Corsair, O.S. 61 FX with "Pitts" Muffler and mechanical retracts (unfortunately not scale). It is really a dream flying.
Best Regards,
Jesus Cardin

RE: Show Your Corsair!!
Hello again:
In fact today we meet two Corsairs at my flying field. Second Corsair is my club mate and friend Jose Martinez-Piñeiro's Top Flite Corsair kit with O.S. 70 FS power and Robart scale retracts and we put on an intended formation flight with some nice low real formation passes.
Hope you like the photos.
Best Regards,
Jesus Cardin

Richard,
Nice F2G-2. I remember a thread where you were building it.
I noticed that your other H9 Corsair doesn't have the decals that come with the model. Are the decals removable? I can never understand why a model manufacturer puts decals on their ARFs. I would much rather put my own livery on.

Here's the color scheme of mine. Capt. Robert Irwin (my father), USMCR, VMF-212, Korean War. Flew off of several jeep carriers. He also flew them during WW II. Mine is the GP .40 kit, 3 yeas old with many many flights. But I want a H9.

RE: Show Your Corsair!!
Here's my Top Flite Corsair, still in the construction process but nearing the final stages.
Hitec Optic 6 Radio, Robart Retracts with Oleo Struts, Elite Force Pilot, AXI 4130/16 on 6S3P 6000 mAh Lipo, 77 Amp ESC, APC 16x10 2 blade prop, or a 15x8 three blade (tests will tell which will be used)
Hope to finish within September as a tribute to VF-17. Vinyl Graphics by Kirby's Graphics in Ohio. Flat Monokote Finish.
Here's a few photos, and a photo of the real one which I am modeling.

RE: Show Your Corsair!!
All you guys are doing a great job on your corsairs. I'd like to do more but without painting the entire model I'll have to stick with what I have.
Too bad the Chinese don't know the true color scheme of the real corsair, either three tone or all blue.
Oh well, maybe after the flying season I'll repaint her.
LDM: Where do you fly?
Happy Flying
Tom
