Default Perfect Paint - Chevron Model Products?

Have /do any of you use Perfect Paint by Chevron Model Products? Are they still in business? I tried to locate their
website ( www.perfectpaint.com ) but no cigar. I could have sworn I just went out there last year?

I have to say I don't build warbirds ( 'tho I love 'em) but I'm in a panic that the best paint I ever used to paint a tank
is no more! It will be tough to replace PP if they're gone...[&o] My tanks are glow powered and fuel proofing is quite a must...

What paint do you use that is at least resistant to gas or alcohol based fuels?? A paint line you can get flat cammo paint colors in...

Thanks,

Jerry

Well I think I pulled my head out of the sand long enough to find 1) I spelled the name wrong- it is Cheveron ( not Chevron) Hobby Products and 2) based on the message traffic dating back a few years this is not new: the paints are no longer made or at least no longer available. I can find no reference for the company at all. A real shame the paint line was stopped.

About 99% of the people spelled the name wrong and forgot the second 'e', so you are not alone

Warbirdcolors paint is good and will withstand 20% raw nitro fuel if mixed with their crosslinker. They have a good selection of RLM German colors: [link]http://www.warbirdcolors.com/[/link]
