does anyone have experience mounting an O.S. 91 surpass into the Great Planes Stuka? in wondering why the holes for the mount are at a 45 degree angle when all the examples they show the engine being mounted at a 90 degree angle. and also...........how will the glow plug and carb be accesable in the cowl? I have a GP Stuka with a Saito 100. I can tell you this, mount the engine at 6 O'Clock or head down position. And as far as getting to the carb make small holes in cowl at location of fine adjustment and tuning needle, place a small piece of 2-56 rod in the tuning needle and bend wire just out side of cowl at 90 deg. And for the glow plug, get yourself a remote glow plug setup at the hobby store, makes things very neat.
If you would like i'll send you some pictures on the setup I'm using.

Well it has its little problems in flight. It rolls very, very slow. Make sure you have alot of altitude. And it tends to nose slip in tight turns. It flys very...............Mushy. But i can say this I love the plane. It is a eye catcher at the field. Its not the best flyer but I would get another if it ever go's in hard.
