yes, its a membership site. no, we dont delete you because you are not included.
cookie problems arise now and again with members. nothing more, nothing less.

depending on your machine, or service provider, or security settings, it will happen
to a few people once in awhile.

I find that I have to clean out my cache as well. if you log ono 2 different machines
you will also have to "re-log" into the site after switching machines as well.

Gee, most of these sites require membership, including this one. The folks at rcsb seem to be OK guys as far as I know and aren't likely to "delete" you on a whim.
The problem is likely with YOUR computer settings. Check your firewall/spamblocker/phishing filter/etc settings. Is someone else using your computer and tinkering with settings? I sometimes have to re-LogIn, but that's painless.

In defense of RCSCALEBUILDER, I set up an account. When I tried to log in again, my password was rejected. I e-Mailed them and a new temporary password was quickly sent to me. It still works.

I had the same problem. I deleted all my cookies. Took care of it for me.

Hope you get it worked out. You will enjoy the site.

I have had a terrible time loggin in. It really is a great site but it has problems. I try to register with a different email and it works for a while then it quits. I have used up all my email addresses and user name. This is the only site I have any problem with Like I said it is a great sight. I hope they can clean it up

If you build its the place to visit. Its full of GREAT construction threads. I have not had problems that I can remember. Its very worth the effort to get the connection issue resolved.

I've been a member of RCSB for 3 years and never had much as far as login problems or any other kinds of problems. Delete your temperary internet files on a regular basis, it works for me. I have never needed to delete my cookies but if that helps you, do it. Both cookies and temp internet files get overloaded in Windows and should be cleaned out on a regular basis for all kinds of reasons, not just RCSB. You can set up Windows to delete them on a schedule so it's done automatically for you.
