Default Hangar 9 Hellcat build problem need help....

Building a hellcat and it seems I have positioned the Zenoah G20 .25 inches too high on the firewall. Will this effect flight performance or is this OK. Will be alot of work to fix, with added weight. Any comments...........

Thanks
mike

I wouldn't think it will effect flight, but will certainly effect the positioning of the cowl..

Mike,

It won't affect flight at all. I have the same set-up and it works great.

mikeshobbies,
Why don't youplug the holes with wooden dowels and epoxy and relocate the motor mount.
