My vote, P-40C AVG colors.

Plus for one to think about, TBF Avenger.

Don't worry about the P-51B it is first before the P-39. I just don't want to be all board and not have 20 different designs. I'm sure you all saw where we released the Platinum 109 (previously PCM). I've been working with Mike K. of wingspan models to help me with the shaft design. If and when I do a P-39 it WILL have the shave and engine in the scale location.

It has been a while, any updates, particularly on the P-51B/C?

We still have the P-51 next but because we found some issues with our old P-47 glass fuse. we had to redesign her. We will get back on track as soon as we deal with his petty crap!

I have the 88" P-51 as well as the Marks Models 63" P-51. I was thinking of making an F82 from the 88" Mustang kit. Why not do a short kit for the F-82?

Regards,

KEITHW

The problem goes back to, how many would actually purchase this plane. There is a lot of cost in producing even the first one. Something like this just wouldn't sell or at least sell by the numbers we would need in order for it to make sense. This is why most people keep coming out with the same type of stuff. Only now do you see the ARF market coming out with new ideas because in that particular area, the market is SO saturated with P-51s and P-47s.

Not to mention an F-82 would be a whole new kit. Sure it could use some of the P-51 parts, but the F-82 isn't simply two Mustangs stuck together, as much as the ARF guys would like us to think.

It sure would be nice for the market to be saturated with a P-51 B for us cool kids who love the fast back warbirds! Thats o.k. p.j. i kow you have priorities first like B-17's and eating TWINKIES!

1- Avro Lancaster Mk1
2- DH Mosquito
3- A-26 invader

Those are some awesome ideas, but I think Dino wants to stay in the "single engine" area at this point....

As Sherlock would say,"Its elementary my dear Watson." The Arf market has shown hat certain planes are selling outside of the Mustangs and P47s. I say the next plane will be a Hellcat.....

As far as italian fighters are concerned, what about a [link=http://www.airwar.ru/enc/fww2/re2005.html]Reggiane re 2005[/link] (scroll down in the page for more pictures) instead of the usual Macchi 202?

(Some of the more careful readers might have noticed a certain similarity between the "Reggiane" aircraft manufacturer and the location in my profile... )

Radial.

I wouldn't mind that at all Radial. Or a Macchi for that matter. Italian fighters don't have enough coverage.

I know ImpScale has good plans for the 200 and 202, Dennis Bryant has a 202 and VQ models has the ARF Mc.205 in two colors, but thats aobut it.

Good collection of aircraft.

I have the ImpScale Mig-3, Bf 109, Fw 190 D9, SeaFury, and A-36/P-51A all in 1/5th scale.

Greg is a GREAT guy.

Hey guys,
We are working on a very Top Secret design that will be introduced within the year. It is not the Mustang. The Mustang is coming too. We are working on something unusual. This will truly be different for us. Dont bother asking.. I am NOT telling!
I can tell you that the fuse plugs are 90% finished. So the first glass fuse is almost ready to pull. I will get you updated after the first prototype is completed.
