Anybody notice that Top Flite discontinued about half of the LusterKote colors. I'm surprised Olive Drab was discontinued, I would've thought it was one of the better sellers. I know I've used a couple of cans of it over the years.

for me it's no big deal I never could get a high quality finish out of there cans anyway,and the stuff is toxic.
I have moved on to latex paints, they work well, after getting used to working with them, as well as being fuel resistant www.warbirdcolors.com

I really liked the Coverite flat olive drab....Hobbico/Great Planes bought them out and they discontiued it. Now Lustercote! It was the only paint that matched Monocote. I wish Horizon would come out with olive drab that matched the ultra coat covering.[:@]

I just posted in another thread here, that I was lucky to find me one last can of Lustrecote Olive drab, which matched absolutely perfectly the olive drab Ultracote from Horizon Hobby. I did not match the olive drab from MonoCote, though[&o]Perhaps if we find enough people to inquire with Great Planes, maybe they will continue the production of this paint.
