The push rod for the rudder would have interfered with the elevator so I decided upon a torque rod and horn configuration that is positioned beneath the elevator

To make the steering arm I simply soldered a wheel collar to a PCB board that had a copper surface on one side. I tried to separate the solder but could not do so by hand.
