Can't wait! I'm always there. One of my favorite events (Flying and after hours). Great group of guys to fly with. I'll fly the Raider, Bf 109 F2, Fokker E.V. and maybe my New B-25J if I can get them all to fit in my trailer.

Attended the Hoosier Dawn Patrol yesterday at the AMA site. Several of those WW1 flyers said they would be back next weekend . There were 39 pilots with 67 aircraft. We have some pilots coming as soon as Wednesday. The storage tent will be up Wednesday or Thursday at the lastest. Hope to see everyone this weekend. Willlis

I had belonged to your club MVRCC last year. I thought Sam and I were the only ones in that club with warbirds. How did we miss you?
If you have never been to the IN Warbird Campaign, you have been missing out. This is the best warbird rally within reasonable driving distance. I like it second only to Joe Nall. The line up of incredable masterpieces is unbelieveable.

Hiya Joe. I did not get much of a chance to fly my own stuff last year but was out there every week with the
training program. There are a few of us. Jim Martin has a nice TF GS Mustang, Gary Hardwick has a Hanger 9
1.50 size jug and is working on a Ziroli Fokker Dr.1. I have a real nice flying Dynaflite PT-19, a TF GS Corsair
thats been a bit of a hanger queen, I am also working on a BUSA 1/4 scale Fokker DVII, a Wingspan Models B-17
and a TF B-25 arf. Everything but the PT-19 and the Corsair are in various stages of construction. And as if that
wasn't enough, I'm going to be building a Don Smith A-26 this winter.
more to follow

It's 5 AM Labor Day morning and I'm still processing pictures and videos.
I used up all my memory card with some 60 pictures and some 40 videos.
I'll load the pictures first and the videos last.
I'll post info as I know it on pictures.
Feel free to add more info.
I believe there were about 72 pilots registered and about the usual 160 (or more) IMAA legal warbirds.
pic 1 is Dennis Crooks Yellow AR-71 with twin turbines.
pic 8 is my buddy's (Joe Westrich) and my warbirds that we brought.
I only flew about 10 times: There is so much flying going on the entire day that you don't want to miss any of it.
I can always fly but I can't always see so many fantastic warbirds in the air.
Enjoy.

pic 4: Robart's new 92" P-57 ARF: Real nice work, comes with hinges already built in, painted, panel lines, all composite, gear doors, etc.
pic 5: Eric from Robart flew this Ziroli Panther (video posted).
pic 6: Paul LeTourneau built and flies this monster P-61 with twin DA-100's (video posted).
Paul is only 32 and an excellent builder and flyer.
He also has a very large B-26, B-25 and 10' skyraider (picture posted in later post).
