Watts = volts x amperes. Ohms (resistance) is a function of the conductor material and its current carrying ability when a voltage is applied to it. The resistance will be a constant, and current is proportional to the voltage applied and inverse to the resistance. Exact figures can be measured by creating a circuit of wire, battery and a glow plug and using a voltmeter with the leads at different places along the circuit.
