B-17 question
I have a friend with a set of B-17 plans and they were retraced by someone because they were fading. the prob is there is no designer on the sheets he has. The ws is 125" and he says looks like the fuse is crutch built. he wants to try and find the plastics and cowls for it. I am thinking it may be an american eagle plan as the ws is the same but i dont know if the AE is a glass plane or built up. any other ideas whose plans these may be?

Joe,
Sounds like the Holman B-17. Does the top section of the plane come off from radio compartment forward to just behind the nose? If so it is a Holman.
I have all the parts for this plane such as the glass and cowls.
If it is the Holman, I can sell them pretty cheap.
